Chile Rellenos Turkey Casserole

-- 1.25 lbs. Jennie-o Lean Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
-- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
-- 1/2 tsp salt
-- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (reserve 1/2 cup)
-- 8 oz. green chilies
-- 5 eggs
-- 1 1/2 cups milk
-- 3 tbsp flour
-- 1/3 tsp salt
--1 10oz. can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

-- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-- Brown the turkey in sauce pan and then drain. Add in the onions and salt. Saute the onions with meat until onions are soft.
-- Spread out the meat and onion mixture into a 9in. casserole dish. Add the green chilies and then sprinkles 1/2 cup of cheese.  In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour and 1/3 tsp salt. Beat and then pour on top.
-- Bake for 35 minutes. In last 10 minutes, add the rest of the cheese. Before you serve, add the rotel tomatoes.
