A group of kids that have spent time in Covenant Children's Hospital in the past are now on an advisory council and decided to do something to help their fellow teenagers.
They helped to create 'Teen Town' specially designed for teens by teens.
The room is equipped with flat screens, games and snacks.
Child Life Specialist, Katie Reed says the teens love the room created for them.
Reed says it's open 10-3 on weekdays and they have a special movie night and special restaurants donate every week.
Last week they had Dion's and this week they are having Sonic so they'll come in and provide food and give them a break from their hospital rooms.
We have video games, fuseball, photo booth, study area, just a place to make it feel not like the hospital."
All of the money for 'Teen Town" came from donors with the Covenant Health Foundation and so far the room serves about 60 teens and their siblings a day.
