JUST MAKE SURE YOUR PORTION IS SMALL.
AND GO AHEAD, HAVE A DRINK… JAMIE SAYS A GLASS OF WINE OR CHAMPAGNE IS A GOOD CHOICE.
JAMIE3/ It's usually what we mix our drinks with that gets us in trouble. So if you can keep in mind, the low-sugar options will be better... and just try to not drink too many calories. We'd rather eat them.
JAMIE RECOMMENDS MIXING YOUR DRINK WITH SODA WATER, OR EVEN CRYSTAL LIGHT PACKETS -- BOTH ARE LOW ON SUGAR.
