Texas Tech's struggles in Big 12 play continued in Waco on Wednesday in a 92-43 loss to No. 9 Baylor.

The Lady Raiders (6-14, 0-9) missed their first 12 shots and when they finally got on the board at the 10:43 mark they were already down 19-2.

That was just the first big Baylor run Texas Tech would have to endure.

The Lady Bears scored the first 16 points of the second half to extend their lead to 63-22.

Baylor's Odyssey Sims entered the game second in the nation in scoring with 29.7 points per game.  The senior guard finished with a game-high 25 for the Lady Bears.

Amber Battle had 11 points and seven rebounds for the Lady Raiders in the loss.

Texas Tech takes a ten-game losing streak into their meeting with Kansas Saturday at 4 p.m at United Spirit Arena.
