Children Can Learn How to Garden During Spring Break at the Aboretum

The Lubbock Memorial Arboretum is offering a 5 day gardening camp for elementary school students during spring break.

Each day the kids will plant flowers, vegetables, and participate in outdoor activities.

The gardening camp is for children age 6 to 12 and runs from 9 am to 12 pm Monday March 17th through Friday March 21st.

The camp costs 50 dollars per child which covers all activities and a daily snack.

The sign up deadline is 5 pm Thursday March 20th.
