Lubbock, TX - An elusive serial killer calls himself The Snowman. A detective, investigating a recent disappearance, things the Snowman may be killing again, decades after his last spree. The detective tries to find him before they make another gruesome discovery that will happen during the next snowfall. The drama is rated R and runs two hours, and the reviews say it doesn't live up to the best seller. Help find the killer at the Alamo Drafthouse or either Cinemark.

The Flatland Film Festival is underway. There are too many movies this year to mention, but you can catch them at LHUCA, the Alamo Drafthouse and the Catcus Theater this weekend.There are several talkbacks ... Based on a true story, Only the Brave takes us into the lives of the Granite Mountain Hotshots. The elite firefighters battle to save their community, their families, and even themselves from one fateful fire. The PG-13 action/drama runs a little longer than two hours, and it's getting great reviews. Feel the heat only at the Alamo Drafthouse.
