LUBBOCK, TX -- A home on the 1800 block of 49th street was broken into Monday morning and 4 people took off with boots, knives, and other personal items.

A neighbor saw the group breaking into the home and called the police.

The neighbor, who wishes to remain anonymous, kept on eye on the suspects and helped lead the police to their location at a 7-11 down the street.

The home owner, Andrew Barboza, says he is grateful his neighbor was willing to help.

Joshua Anderson, Jason Jewel, Kendra Taylor, and Mariah Minor are charged with burglary, engaging in organized criminal activity, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
