· 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

· ½ cup buffalo sauce

· 1 -1 ½ cups spinach/kale mix

· 6 Multigrain Flat-Outs

· ½ cup Moody Blue Cheese crumbles


1. In a large bowl, stir together chicken and buffalo sauce.

2. Place each Flat-Out on a plate; divide spinach/kale mix evenly over each Flat-Out. Divide chicken among the wraps; top with cheese and roll up each wrap.

3. Serve with baby carrots if desired.
