LUBBOCK,TX- If you are a Texas Tech fan, then you can not browse social media without a few guns up photos popping up.

But now those photos could get one lucky fan a signed football from Coach Kingsbury.

It is all part of the Texas Tech Athletic Department's new social media campaign, #gunsuparoundtheworld.

Guns Up Around the World has fans posting photos of themselves and families all over the world, from Destin, Florida to Paris, France.

All fans have to do is use the hash tag on Twitter and Instagram and post the photos to the Athletic Department's Facebook page.

The top 4 photos with the most likes by July 25th, will go into the final round, where the winner gets the Kingsbury football.

Even if you do not pay attention to the contest, it is interesting to see where Red Raiders go and where their love spreads.

And for Texas Tech promotions manager Dinah Goodson, that is a success.

"It shows that it is not only Lubbock or west Texas that we have fans," Goodson said. "We have fans all over the world."

And that is something the University's newest Chancellor, Robert Duncan, wants to keep going.

"We are not just a regional university, we are a university that attracts students from all over the country and all over the world." Duncan said. "We want to continue that. It's exciting to talk to students who have Tech ties and have come back home.
