-- 3/4 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
-- 1 cup Feta crumbles
-- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
-- 1/4 cup white vinegar
-- 1 tsp salt
-- 1/4 tsp pepper
-- 1/2 tsp sugar
-- 1/3 cup olive oil
-- Take the outer layer leaves of the cabbage off.
-- Cut 3/4 off the cabbage into thin slices and place in large mixing bowl.
-- Add the rest of the ingredients; mix well to make sure everything is coated.
-- Refrigerate overnight to ensure the best flavor.
