There are a handful of picture books and each one is filled with memories of a trip the Griffith's say they'll never forget.

"Honestly, I kind of thought they would say, 'Here's some plane tickets, here's some keys to a hotel at Disney World, go have fun.' That would've been great, but it was so much more than that," Jeremy Griffith, Reese's dad, said.

Last year, Make-A-Wish granted Reese's wish to go to Disney World after her doctor recommended they go.

"We were in his office and he said, 'Have you been on a Make-A-Wish trip yet?' And I said no and he said, 'Well you're going to go this summer,' And about a month later, we were gone."

Reese has a genetic condition called Williams Syndrome.

"She has some developmental delays, some learning disabilities, she has distinctive facial features that all people with Williams Syndrome kind of share," Emilie Griffith, Reese's mom, said.

Just a month after Reese was born, she underwent open heart surgery.

"I was sick," Reese said.

But for one week, Reese wasn't a sick kid.

She was just a kid, living her dream come true.

"It was just absolutely incredible," Jeremy said.
