2 Tbs finely chopped onion (red onion works well)
1 Tbs. minced jalapeno or Serrano chile
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 Tbs lime juice
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 large or 2 small ripe avocados peeled and chopped
3 Tbs crumbled blue cheese, divided
Place all ingredients except for 1 Tbs of the blue cheese into a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add additional salt and lime juice to taste, garnish with remaining blue cheese. Serve with chips, crackers or crudites!
