LUBBOCK, TX-- Kim Bradley, an E.R. nurse at Covenant Medical was diagnosed with stage four cancer last week.

Her co-workers are coordinating a fundraiser for treatments. On Thursday from 11:00 a.m.– 1:00 pm near the Covenant ER entrance. They will sell food and drinks for $5.00, as well as sell T-shirts that read "Team Kim B."
"It's just devastating from one moment to the next I have cancer," said Bradley, 46.

Bradley reported back aches to her doctor and after having a CT scan it found a tumor in her kidney. The tumor is growing in her vena cava and will require her to have open heart surgery.

The grandmother of five said that she feels as if this is a horrible dream that she can't wake up from.

"I would just like prayers please, to get me through this and take care of me and my family," said Bradley.

Bradley is very grateful of everyone's help and well wishes.
