The Seattle Seahawks claim Super Bowl XLVIII over the Denver Broncos for a franchise first super bowl victory.

Not the best display for Red Raiders Manny Ramirez, Louis Vasquez and Wes Welker playing for Denver. To set the tone, Ramirez snapped the ball over Peyton Manning's head on the very first play of the game which would result in a safety for Seattle.

Louis Vasquez would get flagged for a false start in the first half.

The Broncos were shut out in the first half 22-0 but would finally get on the board with 14-yard touchdown catch by Demaryius Thomas. We Welker would receive the two-point conversion to make the score, 36-8 Seattle. Welker had 8 catches for 84 yards.

That's all they would muster as the Seahawks dominate the big event, winning 43-8.
