2014 Lubbock Fire Truck Pull Challenge For Special Olympics

LUBBOCK, TX -- Teams of South Plains residents spent their Saturday morning participating in the ultimate game of “tug of war” for a great cause.

The 2014 Lubbock Fire Truck Pull Challenge was held on Saturday in the parking of Mr. Gatti’s to benefit Special Olympics Texas.

Teams of eight were challenged to play “tug of water” with a 47,000 pound fire truck. Each team was required to have at least one female to participate.

The teams with the Fastest Team Pull and Most Money Raised were named the 2014 Fire Truck Pull Challenge Champions!
