The International Barbeque Cookers Association sanctioned event will award $7000 in prize money for the best pork spare ribs, brisket, 1/2 chicken, chicken breast, beans and margaritas.
The entry fee for all 4 meats is $150 or $45 for each individual meat. To compete for the title of Grand Champion you must enter all 4 meats.
Check in time for the cook-off is on Friday, August 8 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
