PLAINVIEW, TX - Hale County Constable Mark Mull passed away Wednesday following a brief illness. The information was confirmed by Hale County Chief Deputy David Cochran
Mull served as constable since January of 2003. He was age 51.
Mark Mull was the son of long-time Plainview Police Chief William Mull. He was also related to Hale County Sheriff David Mull.
Hale County Judge Bill Coleman on Constable Mark Mull’s passing:
“Mark Mull and his whole family have been great contributors to law enforcement in this area. Mark was a fine and robust young man at 51 years of age, from my point of view, that was really young. We’re just really kind of shocked and surprised and saddened by his passing. He will be missed.”
