LUBBOCK, TX - Lubbock Police responded to the Stripes at 5801 19th Street for the report of robbery just after 5:00 a.m. Thursday.
Officers were told a store employee confronted a man that was previously banned from the store. The employee told the man to leave. Police said, instead, the man grabbed a pack of beer and began walking to the exit without paying.
Police said, as the man left the store, he pushed the employee out of his way.
Lubbock Police said the employee who was pushed refused to be check by EMS.
