Granada to Host Grammy-Nominated Natalie Grant & Other Big Names

PLAINVIEW, TX -- The historic Granada Theater, 812 Broadway Street in Plainview, will host four concerts over the Labor-Day weekend for both fundraising and public awareness of the effort to revitalize the theater in downtown Plainview.
According to the Plainview Daily Herald, the dates and times are as follows:

August 29, 8:00 pm: Texas Tornados
August 30, 8:00 pm: Jason Boland and the Stragglers
August 31, 7:30 pm: Natalie Grant
September 1, 7:30 pm: Asleep at the Wheel
The Herald also said tickets for all four shows are available starting Friday at The Brew, 108 East Seventh Street, the Plainview Chamber of Commerce and Select-A-Seat.  Tickets will also available at the door.  Ticket prices start at $25 in advance for the first two shows.  They start at $30 in advance for the second two shows.

The Herald said combo tickets are available for a barbecue dinner before the August 31 and September 1 concerts.

Lubbock businessman Darryl Holland is leading the effort to revitalize and renovate the Granada which is considered a landmark in downtown Plainview.
