LUBBOCK, TX -- A Lubbock man who pleaded guilty to murdering two people on Wednesday morning will be serving two life sentences; he will be eligible for parole in 30 years.

In November 2012 Joshua Bulls, 36, was accused of stabbing David Martinez to death in his home near 35 Street and Elgin. Bulls was also accused of killing Jodi Winns, who had been murdered only hours before Martinez in a similar manner, after connections were made through Facebook; both had been Facebook friends of Bulls.

In court DNA evidence was used to link Bulls to the killings.
