LUBBOCK, TX - Isaiah Flores, 20, of Lubbock was indicted Tuesday by a Lubbock County grand jury for sexual assault of a child.
Court records said a girl was reported to Lubbock Police as a runaway in October of 2016. Her exact age was not listed in court records but she was a middle school student at the time.
When her dad found her, she made an outcry. According to court records, she said Flores pressured her into having sex with her multiple times.
There was cell phone evidence of Flores asking the girl to go with him. Court records said he took her to a residence in Northeast Lubbock during the time she was listed as a runaway.
An arrest warrant was issued in late June and Flores was arrested in early July. Flores was able to post bond to get out of jail pending a trial date.
