LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) - It will be a "Super Hero Day" at Premiere Cinemas IMAX this Saturday June 17th, as Premiere hosts the annual Cattle Baron's kid's party at 11:30 a.m. at Lubbock's South Plains Mall. Volunteers will be dressed in super-hero costumes with local cosplayers with amazing costumes for lots of memorable picture-taking moments. At 1:00 p.m., the kids will be ushered into their choice of one of these great movies: "Diary of a Wimpy Kid", "Captain Underpants", "The Mummy", "Wonder Woman", or "Cars 3".

"No one goes hungry at Premiere Kid's Parties," according to facility Director Rudy Leal. Kids attending this year will be treated to favorites including chicken strips, mac & cheese, cupcakes and more fresh from the Premiere kitchen. Kids will also enjoy activities such as live karaoke, a photo booth with props,
and of course, face painting.

The Cattle Baron's Kids' Party is held in partnership with The American Cancer Society. For over 40 years, the activities have raised awareness and almost $60 million dollars for cancer research. In North Texas alone, the organization has connected to over 64,000 patients with different treatment options through Clinical Trails Matching Services.
