LUBBOCK, TX -- Rocky Joe Williams, age not listed, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Lubbock on Wednesday afternoon on allegations that he possessed child pornography of prepubescent girls. The indictment described five images – one of which was said to depict sadistic and masochistic conduct of a prepubescent girl.

The indictment indicated Williams was caught with the child pornography on his phone when the FBI searched an address in Littlefield on May 28.

The grand jury indicted Williams on three charges. Just the possession of prepubescent child pornography could put Williams, if convicted, behind bars for up to 20 years. Williams also faces the possibility of serving supervised release for the remainder of his life.

The court case with William’s indictment did not indicate if an arrest warrant had been issued.
