LUBBOCK, TX -- The Lubbock Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday that calls from the public have helped to generate leads in the case of missing teenager Braxtan Blaik Ostrander, 17. However, she has not been located, and Lt. Bryan Taylor said the public’s help is still needed.

Taylor said Ostrander was last seen inside the City of Lubbock. She lives in Lubbock County, and that’s why LSO took the case instead of Lubbock Police.

Taylor was not able to give a clothing description – saying that information is not confirmed. Her physical description is 5’03” tall, and 180 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. The Sheriff’s Department first asked for public help on Monday afternoon.

That initial statement said, “She was last seen Friday, March 21 at 10:30 am.”

Anyone with information is asked to please call the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Department at 806-775-1494 or 806-775-1480.
