UMC Lecture on Stroke Awareness and Prevention Wednesday

LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) -- Can you spot a stroke? Do you know the sudden warning signs and symptoms?

Come and learn about F.A.S.T. – a lifesaving acronym regarding strokes – from Jill Edge, stroke coordinator at UMC.

The lecture will take place at 3 p.m. at the McInturff Conference Center, followed by a 4 p.m. presentation with Dr. Jong-Yeol Kim on the topic of stroke education and new treatments for stroke victims.
