-- 2 large tomatoes, chopped

-- 1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and minced
-- 1 mango, chopped
-- juice from one lime
-- cilantro for topping
-- salt for seasoning
-- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
-- It will depend on personal taste on how much salt and cilantro you use. Add both those ingredient in slowly, mix and then taste.
-- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
