LPD Says Man, Age 79, Missing with Possible Health Problems

LUBBOCK, TX (NEWS RELEASE) - Right now officers are actively searching for 79-year-old Floyd Haggerty.

Haggerty is a black male with a short afro and glasses. He is 6’1” and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and black jump suit pants with red and white stripes.

Haggerty was with a family member who had an appointment at the Larry Combest Wellness Center. During the appointment, Haggerty was waiting outside but left the area in an unknown direction. He was last seen in the 300 block of 40th Street.

His family believes he has Alzheimer’s. If you see Haggerty, we ask that you please call the Lubbock Police Department.
