After breaking records in Jacksonville, Florida, Tropical Storm Irma continued to move north, flooding parts of coastal Georgia and South Carolina and lashing metro Atlanta with strong winds.
Savannah, Georgia, police posted flooding photos saying: "River street doesn't exactly look like a street anymore. Please do not walk or drive in flood waters!"
