LONGVIEW, TX -- According to the CBS affiliate for Dallas/Ft. Worth and other media, Charity Johnson has been sentenced to 85 days in jail as part of a plea agreement. Johnson was accused of posing as a sophomore high school student in Longview even though she was 34 years old.

Johnson was staying with a family since October who believed she was a teenager. The family enrolled her in school and listed herself as 15-years-old. Johnson had already served nearly a month in jail at the time of Tuesday’s plea agreement for “failure to ID.”
