'Just Trying to Make A Living,' Police Arrest Man For Drug Possession

ODESSA, TX – Odessa Police have arrested a man who informed authorities he was “just trying to make a living” after cops find cocaine, marijuana in his vehicle.

Juan Olague, 24, was arrested after searching the vehicle he was driving and finding drugs during a traffic stop in Odessa on Thursday, police say.

The traffic stop was made after police say a 2005 Dodge that Olague was driving was parked illegally near the 2700 block of Alleghany.

Officers found more than four grams of cocaine, a bag of marijuana and a scale during a vehicle search.

Olague told cops he was "just trying to make a living", according to police.

Olague faces multiple charges that include Manufacturing or Delivery of a Controlled Substance Possession of Marijuana, and Driving While License Invalid with a Prior Conviction, according to police.
