Multiple People Arrested Following Big Spring Drug Bust

BIG SPRING, TX -- The Big Spring Police Department and the Howard County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 713 Lorilla, early Wednesday morning at around 4:30 a.m. They arrested Theodore Rios, along with several other people.

The search warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Big Spring Police Departments Narcotics Unit after receiving information of drug sales and probable location of Theodore Rios, who was wanted for a parole violation and was considered armed and dangerous. 

After a search of the residence, officers found a quantity of methamphetamine and money. 

David Rey Gonzales and Kendra Lynn Brown were both arrested for Possession Controlled Substance; and Paul Steven Meeh and Kellie Moana Warf were both arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. This is an ongoing investigation and no further information is available.
