Odessa Police Ask Public's Help After Deadly Train Accident

ODESSA, TX – Odessa Police on Monday said the victim of a Saturday morning train accident was Carlos Dailey, 17. Police said Dailey was struck and killed by the train about 3:30 am in the 1700 block of West Murphy Street. He was pronounced dead on the scene and his body was taken to Tarrant County for an autopsy.
