The Journey to a Healthier You Begins with the Market Street 28 Day Challenge

LUBBOCK, TX - Market Street is starting a 28 day challenge to create a healthier you in 2017. 

Here's how to start it. Go online to and sign up to take the challenge. Over the course of four weeks, you will begin to incorporate different things into your diet to create a healthy habit in your life. 

The 28 Day Wellness Challenge goes from Jan. 1-28, and the registered dietitians at Market Street have tips for how to make these healthy changes in the new year.
