Autumn Bolinger, a UMC Registered Dietician, cooks up something healthy and delicious for us.

In light of October, she makes a great trail mix that includes pumpkin seeds, along with almonds, walnuts, pecans, dark chocolate, dried apples, dried cranberries and Bear Naked granola. It's a good healthy snack to fill you up.
