Coronado baseball Uses Abilene Cooper Errors to Advantage in 8-5 win

The Coronado Mustangs took advantage Cougar errors as they topped Abilene Cooper this afternoon 8-5.

In the Bottom of the 1st, Colman Hendshot's bouncer was handled Jonathan Nicholson but the thro got away from Garret Hurst and Ryan Aeebedo tumbled in for the first run of the game, to make it 1-0 mustangs.

Still in the first, Nick Bartley ripped one to left, allowing Trevor Paradeski to come in and score to put Coronado up 2-0.

The Next batter Bartly took off for 2nd, and slid in safely, but the ball got away from Cooper allowing Hendershot to come in and score to make it 3-0. Cooper had 3 errors in the first inning, as the Mustangs would not look back, taking the 8-5 win, Coronado improves to 4-5 in district play.
