We are less than a week away from the start of spring football, but a former Red Raider quarterback is making his plans known. Seth Doege announced today that he is signing with the defending Grey Cup Champion Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Doege spent the last season as a member of the Atlanta Falcons practice squad after finishing his career at Texas Tech as the all-time leader in completion percentage, at 69 percent.
Saskatchewan was once a landing spot for former Red Raider quarterback Graham Harrell, and current receivers coach Eric Morris. The Roughriders open their preseason on June 14, at Ottowa.
