Hey there and welcome back to the week four edition of the west Texas Chevy Dealers Friday Night Blitz. Well the Estacado Matadors, have only been able to see the friendly confines of the beautiful new lowery field at Plains Capital Park, until tonight, finally getting to play their first game
there against the Wyllie Bulldogs.
The bulldogs coming in ranked at #23 in the state this afternoon,  always a tough test for the matadors.

A defensive battle early on here Jalen Tennison rolling out looking for room but he is brought down for the sack by Baylen Baker, Estacado would punt.

Later in the 1st mats trying to get something going so they give it to number 25 Robert Johnson he gets that into bulldog territory but they would punt it away.
No score after 1.

In the 2nd quarter Frampton back to pass again, hes hit and that one is picked off by D'ante Willard, but the mats would be kept out of the endzone again.

Under two minutes remaining in the half, Frampton using his legs here to get the bulldogs out of the shadow of their own goal post.

And with just seconds remaining in the half he finds Colby Awalt on the screen for the touchdown, as the bulldogs took the 7-0 lead into the half.
