The LCU Chaps swept away former Sooner Athletic Conference Rival Wayland Baptist in a double header on Tuesday afternoon.

Wayland won the first series between these two up in Plainview in February.

In the bottom of the 2nd Wayland Baptist was at the plate when Gabby De La Cruz grounds this one into left field to score Jovany Padilla, the pioneers would get two in the inning.

But jack Mabee shuts the door on them gets Aaron Vallance to end the inning, with the Chaps down 2-0.

But in their half of the inning Brett Kauten ripped one past the glove of the first baseman to plate Hunter McFall and Stephen Withrow to tie the game at two. They would take game one 13-10 and game two 14-2.
