It has been a long off week for the Lubbock High Westereners after dropping their game against the Cooper Pirates to fall to 0-3 on the season.

On top of that, coach Strunk went to the hospital for a heart procedure, and they have to wait one extra day to play.

But coach Strunk is healthy and will be on the sidelines and his Westereners are rested and ready for a big game against Andrews tomorrow at 2pm at Plains Capital Park.

Andrews was the game that coach Strunk and company won last year to turn their season around and they will be hoping for more of the same tomorrow.

So they are all set to go tomorrow. That game kicks off at 2 pm, Lubbock High trying to get their first win of the year against the team they did it against last year. We will have highlights of that one tomorrow on your KLBK news at 6 and 10.
