Shallowater Head Coach Chuck Darden is a legend in his own right with over 800 wins as the Head Coach is trying to lock up another district championship at Cooper tonight.

Down by two points at halftime it was a great ballgame throughout regulation.

Picking things up in the 4th, Jordan Hise for Cooper gets it baseline and gets the jumper to fall, to give the Lady Pirates the 40-39 lead.

Later the score was tied at 43 when Sharon Harkey drives the lane, failed to make the bucket, but no worries she would cleans it up herself with a putback and a foul, converting the three point play, for a three point lead, 46-43 Fillies.

Under three minutes to go when Hise again found the future with Haley Bruedigam who drilled the three to get within two at 48-46.

But Morgan Bennett sealed the deal with a lay-in as the Fillies clinch another District Championship with a 56-49 victory over the Lady Pirates.
