The Red Raiders got back to work today after two days of relishing the glory of making it to the programs first ever trip to the College World Series.

Monday is typically an off-day for Coach Tadlock and his team so today the first time they got back to practicing since that memorable dog pile on Dan Law field this weekend. After taking some time to soak it in during those two days it’s starting to sink in for Coach Tadlock who went as a member of the Oklahoma staff in 2010, but for some of these first-timers it’s still hard to believe.

The Red Raiders are taking on the TCU Horned Frogs, a team they split with during the regular season, taking two of three from the Horned Frogs in three pretty offensive games in Fort Worth that saw TCU take game one 9-0, before Texas Tech exploded, winning the next two games by a combined total of 22-4, but had trouble scoring in Abilene a month later falling 4-0. There will be no secrets between these two teams on Sunday afternoon.
