Eating Healthy with Autumn Bollinger

UMC Registered Dietitian Autumn Bollinger is in the kitchen showing us how to make Orange Cream Fruit Dip.
Ingredients:

1 (8oz.) whipped topping
1 oz. Sugar-free, Fat-free Instant Jello Pudding
4 oz. Orange Juice Concentrate (100% Juice)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until ready to serve!
