Cooper Works to Fix Special Teams Woes Before Playoffs

Moving on to high school football, the Cooper Pirates were handed their first district loss in the form of a 35-7 shutdown by Shallowater on Friday.

Moving on to high school football, the Cooper Pirates were handed their first district loss in the form of a 35-7 shutdown by Shallowater on Friday. 

Fortunately for Cooper they've already solidified a playoff spot, so the guys know they at least have a couple of weeks to clean things up.

One area in particular is special teams, in which two miscues on Friday turned into Shallowater touchdowns. So, there lies priority number one.
