36th Annual Lubbock Arts Festival This Weekend

Over 75 different types of artists and food vendors have taken over the entire Civic Center for the event

LUBBOCK, TX -- The Lubbock Arts Alliance chooses artists each year to be part of the Lubbock Arts Festival.

There are painting, sculptures, performance art, and many different types of art to admire or buy.

This years Greg Goodnight, a wood sculpture from West Texas. 

R.L Blair and Cam Dockery of the Chainsaw Masters will be showing audiences throughout the festival how they make sculptures with chainsaws.

The Lubbock Arts Festival is at the Civic Center Friday April 11 from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday April 12 from 10 am to 7 pm, and Sunday April 13 from noon to 5 pm.

Adult tickets are $4.00 and kids 12 and under get in for $2.00.
