The robbery occurred at the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at Interstate 40 and Washington.
According to police, the suspect handed the teller a threatening note demanding money, then fled.
Police say the suspect matches the description of last week's bank robbery suspect at another Wells Fargo Branch at Wolflin and Georgia.
The suspect also used a threatening note to commit that robbery.
Investigators are looking into the possibility the same man pulled-off both crimes.
If you have any information about either robbery, you're asked to call Amarillo Crime Stoppers 374-4400.
