Miles Scott, the adorable 5-year-old who stopped traffic in San Francisco last November with his appearance as Batkid during a Make-a-Wish Foundation event, threw the ceremonial first pitch at a Giants game today to raucous cheers.

The boy, whose leukemia is in remission, is a huge Batman fan, and his dream came true when the city transformed into Gotham to fulfill his wish to be Batman for a day.

Miles stood next to Batman today to toss the ball at the San Francisco Giants and the Arizona Diamondbacks game in San Francisco, arriving, of course, in the Batmobile.
