Clovis Man Cleared of Charges by the New Mexico Supreme Court

The New Mexico Supreme Court has cleared a Clovis man of three counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.
SANTA FE, NM -- The New Mexico Supreme Court has cleared a Clovis man of three counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.

34-year-old Julian Gutierrez was convicted of inappropriately touching a minor back in 2009. 

The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled the alleged victim lied about the incident.

Gutierrez has been cleared of those charges.
