Cycle for Hope is a family friendly event for the young and the young at heart that rides around the Texas Tech University and UMC campuses. We have a 10 and under kids course, a 7 mile main course, and a 5K run/walk for those who don't want to ride their bikes. Each year, thousands of our neighbors, friends and family in the Lubbock area are touched by the professional care of the UMC Children’s Hospital and the UMC Southwest Cancer Center. All proceeds raised for the event will be split between the Children’s Miracle Network at UMC and the Celebrate Today Fund, benefiting patients of the UMC Southwest Cancer Center.
Registration fees are $25. Register at cycleforhope.kintera.org.
Select awards will be given and all participants will be provided with:
- A day of family fun outdoors
- Goodie bag
- Stocked Rest Areas
- Bike repairs on-site
All proceeds raised for the event will be divided between the Children's Miracle Network at UMC and the Celebrate Today Fund, benefiting patients of the UMC Southwest Cancer Center.
