(LUBBOCK, TX) - A central Lubbock family received an unexpected wake-up call early Friday morning.
It happened just after 2:00 a.m. on the 4300 block of 42nd Street.
We're told a driver lost control of his vehicle, hit a fence, narrowly missed a pole and then slammed into three cars.
The cars were parked and the impact forced one of them into a house.
Surprisingly, no one was injured.
Police are still investigating what caused the driver to lose control.
At this time no charges have been made against the driver, 20 year old Joseph O'Bryan Burkes.
The Barela and Garza families that live in the home say they are just glad no one was hurt.
