This groundbreaking will show Happy's commitment to Lubbock and the customers it serves by representing the "present" and the "future". Happy officers, who represent the current generation; and children, who symbolize the future generations, will participate in the groundbreaking.
Teinert Commercial Building Services is the general contractor for this new building in Lubbock. The architecture is consistent with other Happy State Bank offices and was designed by MWM Architects in Lubbock. The new office will have four drive-up lanes, as well as a 24-hour drive up ATM. This full-service banking location will also feature a night depository and safe deposit boxes. At this time, completion is estimated at to be early fall of 2015.
The four-story building will have 45,671 square feet and will have office space available for lease. Additionally, a reserved covered parking area will be offered for tenants of the building.
